3. Transfer of Your Information to Third Parties

The information you provide to Sentigo may be shared with third parties in order to fulfill the purposes specified above (for example, your information may need to be shared with a company providing technical support). Accordingly, your information may be shared with our business partners and suppliers providing support for product/service delivery. Furthermore, if required to comply with legal obligations, your information may be shared with authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations.

4. Storage and Protection of Your Information

Your information is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection. If the legislation stipulates a specific retention period, compliance with that period is ensured. Sentigo takes necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the systems, servers, and databases where your information is stored against data security threats (such as cyber-attacks or hacking).

The payment infrastructure is provided by MasterCard and BKM Express. Sentigo stores the first six and last two digits of the credit card number in its systems. To match a user’s existing MasterPass and BKM Express memberships and allow them to use the cards stored there as a payment method on Sentigo, the registered mobile phone number is used to query membership status with MasterPass and BKM Express. If a membership exists, the user is informed and guided to add the relevant card.

The user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the security, safekeeping, and confidentiality of the access credentials (username, password, etc.) used to benefit from Sentigo’s services.

5. Accuracy and Currency of Your Information

Users are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information they provide. It is necessary that your information be provided accurately and updated in case of any changes. You can update the information you have shared with Sentigo at any time by contacting Sentigo Customer Service.

If you provide information to Sentigo on behalf of someone else, you are deemed to have warranted that the information is accurate and that you have the right and/or authorization to share it with Sentigo.

6. Redirects to Third Parties
